Many of our products are brand new and in original retail/box packaging with UPC code intact, unless otherwise mentioned on the listing. After purchase, Genesis21 will require the customer to deal directly with the particular manufacturer regarding Items that come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Open Electronics - Genesis21’s low prices do not allow us room to accept returns for opened Electronics products if the package has been opened. In "some cases", at our own discretion, we do grant RMA for opened goods, however a restocking fee of up to 30% may be charged. Shipping and handling fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. In the event an item is sold with "free shipping", Genesis21Shop will refund the amount of sale, less "actual shipping costs" to customer. Please note we have to charge that fee as we do not sell used merchandise and we have to liquidate those items at a great loss.
The following items will not be accepted for return/exchange under any circumstances if opened:
o Battery charger with batteries included
o Cell Phones
o Video games / Software
Sealed merchandise – returns are allowed within 7-10 days of delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request RMA - return authorization. We charge a 10% restocking fee for "sealed merchandise returns" on items delivered within 7 days. Shipping and handling fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. In the event an item is sold with "free shipping", Genesis21Shop will refund the amount of sale, less "actual shipping costs" to customer.
Damaged/DOA/Defective shipments reported within 7 days are immediately replaced free of charge (subject to stock availability).
Price Protection: Please be advised, it is not Genesis21 policy, nor can it be our policy to continuously refund customers who paid slightly more for products than the current advertised price.
Our merchandise comes in at different times, and from different vendors at different prices, which is therefore modified on a daily to weekly basis. Just as Genesis21 cannot charge our customer more after there is a price increase we can also not refund after a price decrease.

How to Return an Item
1. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request RMA - return authorization.
2. After the approval is sent, we will have to receive the item within the next 7 days. No refund/exchange will be made if the package is late without notice.
3. All returns with missing parts (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Please do not send your return prior to asking for a RMA number by emailing us at email@example.com. Returns without an RMA on the box will be refused by our warehouse! 5. Include a copy of the order invoice/packing slip, from the original order along with a copy of the email confirmation in the return package.
Note: Genesis21 will not be held responsible if the return package is stolen or damaged during delivery. All policies above will be strictly followed with no exception. We reserve the right to update the policies above without any prior notice.
